1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you") and Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the website located at https://www.reigningbeautiesoftheusa.com (the "Site") and any related services, including pageant participation, registration, content submissions, and use of media.

By accessing or using any part of our Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Site. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the Site with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Participation in any Reigning/Cyber Beauties program or activity is subject to additional eligibility rules provided during registration.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, pageant titles, crown/sash designs, and software, is the property of Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, or distribute any content without express written permission from us.

4. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

• Post or transmit any content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site or its services.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Reigning/Cyber Beauties.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for registration, optional titles, ads, merchandise, and other services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments and to retain receipts for your records.

6. Digital Submissions

Participants submitting digital content (e.g., ads, headshots, videos) for appearances or promotions must ensure files meet quality standards (e.g., 8.5" x 11", 300 DPI, etc.) and deadlines provided. Late or low-quality submissions may be rejected without refund.

7. Sash and Crown Policy

Crown and sash packages ship approximately [Mid-October 2025] for the 2026 pageant year. Once received, sashes may only be embellished with approved bling add-ons. Alterations that change the integrity or branding of the sash (e.g., removing logos, re-stitching, resizing) are not allowed and may result in disqualification or forfeiture of title.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to the Site, or title participation at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms our brand, mission, or community.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, or damages arising from use or reliance on the Site or its content.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
