Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A.

I confirm that I meet the age and eligibility requirements for my chosen division in the Reigning or Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. Pageant, as outlined below:

NOTE: The Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. is a private pageant and Reigning or Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A reserves the right to refuse any entry as determined by the selection committee.

• Tiny Miss: I am between the ages of 3 and 5 as of January 1 of the National Pageant year.

• Jr. Miss: I am between the ages of 6 and 8 as of January 1.

• Pre-Teen: I am between the ages of 9 and 12 as of January 1.

• Jr. Teen: I am 13, 14, or 15 years old as of January 1, and I have never been married or given birth.

• Teen: I am between the ages of 16 and 18 as of January 1, and I have never been married or given birth.

• Miss: I am 19 to 26 years old as of January 1, unmarried, and have not given birth to a child.

• Diva: I am 21 to 49 years old as of January 1, single or married. (If I am 19 to 26 and have never been married or had children, I understand I must compete in the Miss division.)

• Elegant Ms.: I am 50 years of age or older as of January 1.

Delegate Agreement for Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A.

• I confirm that I am in good health and of strong moral character.

​

• I confirm I am a natural born female applying for a private pageant event.

​

• I affirm that I am not under contract with any person, firm, or organization that would interfere with my participation in the National or become a Titleholder for a state.

​

• I agree to attend all scheduled activities during the pageant and will fully cooperate with staff and assigned chaperones.

​

• I agree not to consume alcohol (if over 21) or smoke publicly while wearing my sash during the pageant. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

​

• The Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A., its directors, staff, and sponsors are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage during the event, appearances or any events you choose to participate in.

​

• I understand that Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. is not affiliated with any other pageant system outside the Reigning/Cyber Beauties network and Miss Tourism Organization.

​

• I confirm that I am a natural born female. 

​

• I understand that if I’m selected as an at-large delegate, I am responsible for all pageant-related costs, including entry and travel.

​

• All decisions by the judges are final. In case of a tie, the established scoring protocol will be used to determine placement. Upon a tie the Interview score will break the tie. If a tie still exists we use the Introduction score. Delegates may request their average scores by email 8 weeks after the Event.

• I grant Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A. permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and name for publicity and promotional purposes without compensation. I understand this may include television and online appearances.

​

• If I am selected as a National or state titleholder, I agree to make promotional appearances for sponsors and the pageant when reasonably possible. Travel or meal compensation is not guaranteed.

​

• I understand that if I win a state or National title, I may be under the sole management of my director for the duration of my reign. I acknowledge that all titles, crowns, sashes, and branding are the property of Reigning/Cyber Beauties of the U.S.A.

​

• Any misrepresentation of my title will be considered grounds for disqualification without compensation. All prizes, crown, and sash must be returned in their original condition if my title is revoked.

​

• I agree that failure to uphold the responsibilities of my title may result in dismissal at the discretion of the director. In such cases, I will be responsible for returning all property and may be liable for associated legal costs.

​

• If I withdraw from the competition, I understand that my entry and sponsor fees are non-refundable. A $35 fee applies to any returned checks.

​

• National winners may re-compete the following year of giving up a National Title.  State titleholders may re-apply for the same state title unless they won the National title in the same division. 

​

• If selected as a National titleholder, I understand that I must sign a reign agreement. Should I resign or become unable to fulfill my duties, any travel, cash, or major prizes will be forfeited. National titleholders must receive written permission to compete in another system during their reign.
